AKHA Clears all Commissioners/SA Nominees

Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, yesterday, screened and cleared all the nominees of Governor Udom Emmanuel for Commissioners and Special Advisers.

Those cleared included Prince Uwem Ita-Etuk (Ibesikpo Asutan); 

Akan Okon (Itu); Aniekan Akpan (Ukanafun); Barr. Ekong Sampson (Mkpat Enin); Anietie Etuk (Nsit Ibom); Barr. Uwemedimo Nwoko (Ika); Barr. Emmanuel Enoidem (Etim Ekpo); Otuekong Emmanuel Ibiok (Nsit Ubium); Dr Iniobong Essien (Ibiono Ibom) and Matthew Ekaette (Oruk Anam).

Others were Prince Enobong Uwah (Uyo); Engr. Ephraim Inyang (ONNA); Godwin Ntukudeh (Uruan); Aniekan Umanah (Abak); Monday Ebong Uko (Obot Akara); Engr. Etido Inyang (Ikot Ekpene) and Glory Edet (Ini).
Victor Antai (Mbo); Dominic Ukpong (Eket); Ekpenyong Enyinna (Ibeno); Dr Elizabeth Obot (Etinan) and Emmanuel Ating (Urue Offing Oruko) were also cleared.

The House was later adjourned to July 7, 2015, to enable it look at the tenure of Local Government Council administration which, according to our reporter, will end this month.
