The tribunal seating in Abuja has granted prayers for the inspection of election materials used in the April 11, 2015 governorship election in the state and has ordered INEC to move all election materials to ABUJA within ten days.
While granting the APC candidate 14 days leave to inspect materials in ABUJA from July 6 - 21, 2015, the tribunal judge also ordered Inspector General of Police and DG, SSS to provide adequate security for movement of materials to Abuja and to provide security at venue of inspection.
